C.) The floating of the barge I envision would be similar to the use of floatation devices to raises sunken ships for recovery and submarines that are underwater for rescue. There are pictures of that on the internet.

Since this is on of my original concepts, you will not find this anywhere, except in my brain and some sketch notes I have. I have not written it up, I have a 1,000 concepts that I need to write up someday, it is a lot about time really.
